Profile Settings
Your profile information is visible to teammates across all workspaces you belong to.| Setting | Description |

| Display name | The name shown on your comments, shared documents, and in member lists. Use your full name so teammates can identify you easily. |
| Avatar | Upload a profile photo (PNG or JPG, minimum 128×128 px). Your initials are used as a fallback if no photo is uploaded. |
| Job title | An optional field that appears on your profile card when teammates hover over your name. |
| Time zone | Your personal time zone for timestamps and scheduled notifications. This overrides the workspace default for your account only. |

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA):
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Click Enable 2FA and scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
Save your backup codes
Seilers will display one-time backup codes. Store these somewhere safe — you’ll need them if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Notification Preferences

- Go to Account settings > Notifications.
- Toggle each notification type on or off for Email and In-app independently.
- Click Save preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
Workspace Admins cannot override your personal notification preferences. These settings are entirely under your control.
Connected Accounts
If your workspace supports Google or Microsoft SSO, you can link those accounts to your Seilers identity so you can log in using either method. To connect a Google or Microsoft account:- Go to Account settings > Connected accounts.
- Click Connect next to Google or Microsoft.
- Sign in with the account you want to link and authorize the connection.
- Once connected, you can log in to Seilers using that provider’s Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft button on the login page.
- Go to Account settings > Connected accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.
You cannot disconnect an SSO account if it is the only login method on your Seilers account. Add a password first under Security before disconnecting.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal profile and login from Seilers across all workspaces.Any playbooks or SOPs you created are not deleted when you delete your account. Ownership of your content is automatically transferred to the Admin of each workspace you belonged to. Your comments and edit history are preserved in the document timeline but your name will appear as “Former member.”
